I have been diagnosed with the wonderful biploar disorder. Like the others it engulfes my life at times and it has been difficult to manage. I have been on lithium for 5 years and it doesnt seem to control my moods and anxiety like it used to. They have added tegretol and I seem to be doing very well. Getting the right dosage was the hard part.I would like to get down to just taking tegrtol alone, but FYI the combo seems to work well for me. I can sleep again and my husband is glad his wife is back.
