Therapy on top of medication can do much to determine which stresses need to be reduced in a patient's life, and what other holistic treatments should be added to drug therapy.
I don't doubt this study for a minute. It confirms what clinicians in the public mental health system have actually been doing in most parts of the country for years, at least until many caseloads got so large that they could hardly see people once per month. Maybe this research will turn some funding heads. Who knows?
