This very short abstract was intriguing to me ... only 43% of alcoholics who had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder actually met the DIAGNOSTIC criteria. Interestingly enough, this study may show that bipolar disorder is being over diagnosed in alcoholic communities. Interesting and I'd love to know more!
