The diagnosis of a mood disorder (bipolar disorder) & a substance abuse problem, referred to as a "dual diagnosis" is addressed on this website. This website is a bit complicated and convoluted, and took me a while to read through, and I didn't retain much. I wouldn't recommend this site.
